Multi res plumbing, delivered with consistency and care
The Challenge
The Oxford Terrace project involved plumbing delivery for a four storey unit complex with an underground car park, requiring careful coordination across levels, penetrations, service runs and staged inspections. Multi residential builds demand precision and consistency to avoid rework, especially when multiple trades are working in parallel. The job also incorporated commercial grade components including backflow prevention, fire hydrants and wall mounted water meters, all of which required compliant installation and correct sequencing. Maintaining momentum across a long programme was essential to meet contractual expectations.

Our Approach
We provided AMD Constructions with direct access to our office team for bookings, queries and quick turnaround on decisions, reducing site downtime. A consistent crew was allocated to the project to build familiarity with the layout, programme and site requirements, improving efficiency and quality control. We coordinated our installation stages with other trades to ensure services were positioned correctly and ready for inspections. Throughout delivery, we focused on clear communication, safe work practices and neat workmanship to support smooth progress.

The Result
Andrew Gleeson Plumbing delivered the plumbing works in line with contract requirements, supporting the project through key stages with reliable scheduling and responsive communication. We coordinated and installed specialist components, ensuring compliant integration of backflow prevention, fire hydrants and metering systems alongside the broader hydraulic scope. By maintaining a consistent team and staying proactive with sequencing and site coordination, we helped keep the build moving steadily and reduced the risk of rework. The result was a smooth delivery experience and dependable, compliant plumbing throughout.
