Fleetwood Australia: Ipswich Central State School

We work with builders delivering modular and commercial projects where deadlines are firm. For education upgrades, that means planning and clear communication to keep works on track. The result is dependable delivery, minimal disruption and confidence your site will be ready when needed.

The challenge was to create custom tiles using sustainable materials that would not only reflect their commitment to environmental responsibility but also incorporate recycled textiles, specifically denim, into the design. Nudie Jeans wanted the tiles to serve as a focal point in their stores while supporting their sustainability-driven brand image.

We kept close alignment with Fleetwood’s project team through direct communication and regular site meetings, ensuring our works stayed synced with construction milestones and access requirements. Supervisors planned labour and materials around critical path activities, with office support handling scheduling and procurement. Our team worked proactively, flagging issues early and offering practical solutions before they became delays. Consistent oversight on site ensured quality control, safe work practices and smooth coordination with other contractors throughout the shutdown period.

The Result

Our plumbers installed and connected water services, sanitary drainage and stormwater to the new buildings, and delivered renewal works to surrounding stormwater infrastructure. When unexpected defects were uncovered, including damaged pipework and root intrusion, we notified the site supervisor immediately, sourced additional fittings and completed repairs while already on site to prevent rework and downtime. The project was completed prior to Term 1 commencement as promised, supporting a smooth handover and strengthening Fleetwood’s confidence in our delivery.
